The Abu Dhabi EDITION

We recently stayed at The Abu Dhabi EDITION to celebrate our anniversary, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had in the UAE.From the moment we arrived, every single member of the team stood out, from the bellboy and valet to the reception team, in-room dining, breakfast staff, and housekeeping. What truly set this stay apart was the genuine warmth: constant smiles, thoughtful service, and a sincere willingness to help that made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The staff were, without a doubt, the real heroes of our experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed , elegant, classy, and effortlessly refined. We absolutely loved the décor and ambiance. Our room overlooked the marina, with stunning views of yachts gently docked, which added a special, romantic touch to our anniversary. The food was excellent, from in-room dining to breakfast, but once again, it was the people who elevated everything beyond expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend The Abu Dhabi EDITION to anyone looking for a refined, warm, and genuinely special hotel experience. Easily one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at in recent times.

Great experience overall.Special thanks to Kondwani in the receptionist for being polite, welcoming, and very helpful. Prakash in the front office was also supportive and attentive. The staff’s kindness really made a difference. I would definitely recommend this place.

Everything even the food ?

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and very fast from the moment I arrived. The receptionist, Thalma, was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. It was quiet, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged, which made it feel like home. The location is also a big advantage — very convenient and close to important places, making it easy to move around and enjoy the area.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfortable rooms, and excellent location. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked how modern it was

They woke me up by knocking on my door very hard with his fist and they took super long to come whenever I needed something , I paied extra 200 something dhirhams for a better marina view and it was on the corner of the building and construction down there the pool was never coming again ever

Exellent breakfast which was available until five o`clockExcellent location within a lively and beautiful neighbourshipExellent swimming pool

Our stay was exceptional !. The family room was amazing, spacious enough, big windows, sound proof, extra clean. I liked the kitchen and washing machine. The beds were very comfy. The house keeping organisation and attention to details is superb. Example: provided toys for the kids, they changed the bathroom hose to be kids friendly and left very cute notes during our stay. The shower and bath products were amazing. The breakfast was 100/10! Very delicious and a-lot of variety. It was an amazing start of the day daily. The reception during check in and check out were very fast. The valet was very efficient! It was our home away from home !

Only that they didn’t provide magnifying mirror at the bathroom

Nice Hotel, feels new and the staff is really helpful and nice

A bit far from the point of interest

The room was spacious, the breakfast was divine, and the staff were wonderful. Service was efficient and delivered with a smile. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This is a very minor criticism: I wish the bathroom for the double room had two sinks.

I was highly impressed with the customer service, which is the most important factor for me. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although our room was slightly delayed, the team handled it professionally by offering complimentary breakfast for our two children. This level of service definitely encourages me to return.

The staff and the location.

The price was a bit high. The lighting system in the room .

Not great

The window had a crackling noise which kept us awake Not great food in one of the restaurants On complaining, thought up free coffees

The location is good

For kids & adults there is no activity at all and pool also is very small and no deep as well and service also is good what amount is spend in a hotel not at all useful

Staff were warm, professional, welcoming, excellent at solving problems, trust worthy & very supportive Amenities are great.

Everything was on point, I really loved the staff behavior, breakfast, ladies saloon, room size, and how fast they’re serving the customer with any need. For sure it won’t be my last visit.

Spacious Room very clean breakfast is great long hours staff is very helpful …. All is good

The rooms are very attractive and spacious, huge bathroom and plenty of storage. The staff, especially at check-in, were all exceedingly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed drinks in the Library Bar, with Ronnie's attentive service and suggestions and we sat outside the Oak Room on the balcony overlooking the marina. Breakfast was delicious, not a classic buffet style, but a'la carte, which is our preference.

The location was just a bit from where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do.
